DiQ Consulting was founded on a simple premise: most organizations don't lack the will to manage cyber risk — they lack the structure, tools, and trained eyes to do it well. We built our methodology on years of hands-on experience standing up GRC programs inside complex, regulated environments, and we apply that same rigor to every client we serve.
Our team brings direct experience building IT governance, risk, and compliance functions from the ground up inside financial services and global enterprise environments — not from theory, but from doing the work: leading audits, managing regulatory exams, building risk frameworks, and training entire organizations to recognize and resist real threats.

We believe security and compliance work succeeds or fails on three things: clear frameworks, consistent execution, and people who actually understand the risks they're managing. That's why DiQ Consulting operates across two connected disciplines:
• Security & GRC services — We help organizations build resilient compliance programs and security-aware cultures, through fractional GRC leadership, simulated phishing programs, and structured awareness training designed around how people actually learn and slip up.
• Career services — We also know that strong organizations are built by strong individuals, which is why we coach security and compliance professionals through resume development, career strategy, and advancement planning grounded in what hiring managers and promotion committees actually look for.
It's not a coincidence that we do both. The same standards we hold for assessing organizational risk are the standards we apply when we help someone position their career for the next level.
